The jury found the defendant, Richard Olive, guilty to Counts 1 – 9.  The defendant was sentenced on August 29, 2013 to imprisonment of 372 months with three years supervised release before Judge Kevin H. Sharp.  He is also ordered to pay special assessment in the amount of $900 and restitution on the amount of $5,992,181.24.
