We represent the litigative and defensive interests of the United States. Our office prosecutes violations of federal criminal law and defends the United States in civil law suits, seeking to recover from instances of fraud committed against the United States and taking affirmative civil enforcement action. This site offers information about the work we do on behalf of the citizens of the Western District of Tennessee. It is our profound honor to represent the people of Western Tennessee.
