The Administrative Division provides administrative policy guidance and support to the litigating divisions in the Office.
Civil Division
Rick A. Mountcastle, Chief
The Civil Division represents the United States and Government Agencies in federal and state courts in a wide variety of defensive and affirmative cases by defending claims brought against client agencies and also by filing lawsuits on behalf of client agencies.
Criminal Division
Stephen J. Pfleger, Chief
The Criminal Division of the United States Attorney's Office is responsible for prosecuting all violations of federal law. The Division is supervised by Criminal Chief Stephen J. Pfleger, and Deputy Chief Thomas J. Cullen.
Executive Division
Sharon K. Burnham, Principal Assistant U.S. Attorney
The Executive Division consists of vital support functions for the office. Each support function contributes to the overall mission of the office to fight crime and to represent the United States in civil matters.
