U.S. Attorney Durkan Testifies Before House Judiciary Subcommittee Regarding Cybercrime Prosecutions

            U.S. Attorney Jenny A. Durkan testified today on behalf of the U.S. Justice Department in Washington, D.C before the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security and Investigations.  The topic of the hearing was “Investigating and Prosecuting 21st Century Cyber Threats.”  U.S. Attorney Durkan is Chair of the Attorney General’s Advisory Committee, Subcommittee on Cybercrime and Intellectual Property Enforcement.
