Eastern District of Tennessee (Chattanooga, Winchester, Knoxville and Greeneville Divisions)
The Chattanooga, TN, office of the United States Trustee serves the Chattanooga and Winchester Divisions of the Eastern District of Tennessee. Chattanooga also has primary responsibility for the Knoxville and Greeneville Divisions of the Eastern District of Tennessee, although a satellite unit based in Knoxville, TN, services the cases in those Divisions on a daily basis.
