Until further notice, meetings in this district will generally proceed by telephone or video as set forth in the meeting notice issued by the court. Debtors and other interested parties should follow the instructions in these notices and any further instructions provided by the trustee assigned to the case.

Meeting of Creditors Telephonic Information

Effective April 13, 2020, and until further notice, all section 341 meetings will be conducted by telephone only; there will be no in-person meetings. Individual call-in numbers for section 341 meetings have been assigned to each presiding trustee. Please read this Call-In Teleconference Numbers and Instructions [PDF - 30 KB] to identify the call-in number for the presiding trustee in your case and this Identification Verification [PDF - 69 KB] for important information on debtor identification procedures.

Be advised that all USTP employees are teleworking during the public health emergency and all section 341 meeting rooms are closed. If you have any questions, please contact our main office number and follow the instructions to leave a voicemail message. Messages are being checked regularly throughout the business day and a staff member will get back to you as quickly as possible.


 

§ 341 Meeting Room Locations

Location:

The Los Angeles Office of the United States Trustee is located at on Wilshire Blvd between Francisco and Figueroa Street.

The office is on the 18th floor.

All Meeting rooms are located on the 10th floor.

Parking:

There are lots located on Figueroa, 8th and 9th. There is parking at 915 Wilshire at a substantial charge.

Commuting:

The Ernst & Young building is across the street from the Figueroa St. exit of the 7th/Metro rail station. This station services both the Metro Red and Blue lines. It is also serviced by many bus routes. Please visit the Metro website.
