In 2007 and 2009 Tim was named a Great Plains “Super Lawyer” by Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine. This honor was awarded to only the top five percent of lawyers in North Dakota. Prior to joining the Vogel Law Firm in 2005 Tim practiced for nine years at the Bismarck firm of Dickson & Purdon, where he gained extensive jury trial experience in both criminal and civil cases.
