Internship Programs

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Wisconsin sponsors two internship programs. Please click on the links below to learn more about these programs.

Law Clerk Program:

The Criminal and Civil Divisions have several summer law clerk positions available. The program is heavily focused on research and writing with assignments evolving from actual criminal and civil cases. The program is designed to expose law students to all aspects of criminal prosecution and civil litigation.

Victim Witness Internship Program:

The Victim Witness Unit at the United States Attorney’s Office accepts graduate and undergraduate students studying in the fields of social work or criminal justice. Students must be willing to conduct a (minimum) two semester internship.
