Pursuant to Paragraph 27 of the Revised Agreed Settlement Order ("Settlement Order") entered on September 15, 2007 in the above-captioned case (Docket #24), the Court hereby GRANTS the United States' Assented to Motion to Extend the Duration of the Revised Agreed Settlement Order, and to change the date when the action will be dismissed. It is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that:
(1) all obligations and requirements that are contained in the Revised Agreed Settlement Order are extended from March 1, 2009 to January 31, 2010, and
(2) the date when the action will be dismissed is changed from March 2, 2009 to February 1, 2010, unless otherwise ordered by this Court.
