2024. Migrant And Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act -- Referrals From Department Of Labor

The Department of Labor has advised that it will forward for possible criminal prosecution only cases involving habitual violators of the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Protection Act, such as those who have been previously warned, civilly fined, enjoined, or criminally prosecuted, and cases involving undocumented workers. United States Attorneys are also asked to advise the appropriate regional office of the Department of Labor of the prosecutive decision in each referred case.
