Michael Relyea, 26, of Gillette, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdahl on January 23, 2013, for possession of a firearm not registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record. Relyea was arrested in Gillette, Wyoming. He received 21 months of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment.
