United States V. Rogelio Hackett, Jr.

April 21, 2011 – Rogelio Hackett, Jr. entered a plea of guilty to trafficking in counterfeit credit cards and aggravated identity theft in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 1029(a)(1) and 1028A(a)(1) before the Honorable Anthony J. Trenga.  Sentencing is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on July 22, 2011, in Courtroom 701 of the Albert V. Bryan United States Courthouse located at 2100 Jamieson Avenue in Alexandria, Virginia.  After the entry of the plea of guilty, the defendant was released on bond pending sentencing.
