U.S. v. Gunton, Elliott et al.
The United States Secret Service (USSS) and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California have filed an indictment in relation to a scheme to defraud victim users of the EtherDelta cryptocurrency platform of at least $1.4 million in cryptocurrency between at least December 13 and 26, 2017.
