National Enforcement Section

The Fraud Division’s National Enforcement Section is focused on high-tempo prosecutions across the Fraud Division portfolio. The National Enforcement Section maintains a rigorous training and development program for qualified attorneys in earlier stages of their careers as fraud prosecutors, including the Fraud Enforcement Fellowship for attorneys hired through the Attorney General’s Honors Program. Honors hires will gain experience with the full breadth of the Fraud Division’s criminal enforcement portfolio. The National Enforcement Section also oversees the Division’s strike forces, each of which is focused on addressing a strategic fraud-enforcement priority.
