If you have experienced violence, threats of violence, or property damage related to reproductive health services, please submit a report to the Federal Bureau of Investigation at tips.fbi.gov or call 1-800-CALL-FBI (225-5324).

You can help protect your community by reporting fraud, scams, and bad business practices to the Federal Trade Commission at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. The FTC cannot resolve individual reports, but it uses reports to investigate and bring cases against those engaged in fraud, scams, and bad business practices.

The Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division enforces federal laws that protect individuals from discrimination based on race, color, national origin, disability status, sex, religion, familial status, or loss of other constitutional rights. If you believe your civil rights, or someone else’s, have been violated, you can submit a report using the online form on the Civil Rights Portal.

If you think that you are being discriminated against unlawfully in connection with reproductive health services or if your health information privacy rights have been violated, please file a complaint with the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office for Civil Rights.
