The three files listed above can be used to import and produce reports from the releasable Consolidated Asset Tracking System database.

  • The Consolidated Asset Tracking System (CATS): FOIA Disclosure Report contains a description of each field within the database
  • The Consolidated Asset Tracking System (CATS): Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) depicts the table and field relationships within the database, including primary and foreign keys
  • The Consolidated Asset Tracking System (CATS): Compressed File is a zip file with all releasable tables and fields

Import the data into your database:

  • Download each of the three files
  • Unzip the compressed file
  • Import the tables into your database
  • Use the ERD and FOIA report to identify keys and data fields
