European Baby Formulas Sold Online By Huggable/Little Bundle

This webpage has been developed to provide information and updates to anyone who may have purchased or been harmed by European infant or toddler formula sold online at huggable.com or littlebundle.com between April 2019 and June 2021.

January 28, 2025- After an investigation, the government has determined that European infant and toddler formulas sold by Able Groupe, Inc. via the websites huggable.com and littlebundle.com may have been imported without prior notice to the Food and Drug Administration in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, 21 U.S.C. § 331.

Individuals who believe they were harmed as a result of purchasing or using European infant or toddler formula sold on the websites huggable.com or littlebundle.com between April 2019 and June 2021, (“Affected Individuals”), have an opportunity to be notified of certain case events throughout the criminal justice process, and an opportunity, if they wish, to provide input on this matter, and in particular, on how the government should resolve this matter. A response is not required, but if any Affected Individuals wish to provide the government with their views on this matter, written comments may be provided via e-mail to CPB.VictimWitness@usdoj.gov. Please reference Little Bundle in the subject line of your submission. We must receive any input on or before February 28, 2025.

As stated above, this is a voluntary process. Regardless of their decision to provide input at this phase of the matter, Affected Individuals are entitled to information relating to the case through the conclusion of this matter.
