Case No. 14-20009-CR-Cooke/Turnoff (SDFL) Most Recent Update 1/14/14 1/14/14: On January 8, 2014, the United States charged Vend Three, LLC, with conspiracy to commit mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1349. The charging document alleges that Vend Three, which was based in Deer Park, New York, fraudulently sold vending machine business opportunities to customers throughout the United States from October 2010 through April 2011. Vend Three is scheduled to be arraigned before Magistrate Judge Magistrate Judge Jonathan Goodman at 1:30 p.m. on January 29, 2014, at 301 N. Miami Ave., Miami, Florida. A change of plea/sentencing hearing is scheduled before Judge Marcia G. Cooke at 3:30 p.m. on January 29, 2014, at 400 N. Miami Ave., Miami, Florida. |
