DOJ posts its open market solicitations for requirements expected to be over $25,000 in value on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) web site. FedBizOpps (formerly called the Electronic Posting System or EPS) has been designated as the single source for federal government procurement opportunities that exceed $25,000 and provides the public with access to procurement notices, solicitations, drawings, and amendments. Vendors can browse the listings and can also register to receive automatic e-mail notification of business opportunities.

All other current ENRD open market solicitations with estimated value of over $15,000 will be listed on this page. Potential vendors are encouraged to review these potential acquisition actions and respond to the Request For Quotation (RFQ) as indicated in the solicitation.

Occasionally, we will also list on this page solicitations issued by the Procurement Services Staff (PSS) in our Justice Management Division (JMD) that are being managed for ENRD. These will indicate "See FedBizOpps" for complete information.

All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency.
