Other District Court Defensive Litigation

The lion’s share of EDS’s practice focuses on a broad range of other defensive cases brought against the federal government under our pollution control statutes. These cases can range from challenges under the Administrative Procedure Act seeking judicial review of agency actions, to citizen suits seeking to compel allegedly overdue agency action, to cases brought against federal agencies seeking contribution toward cleanup of contaminated properties.
