Changes for INTERPOL Washington Leadership

Geoffrey S. Shank, Director of the U.S. National Central Bureau of INTERPOL (INTERPOL Washington), will retire from federal government service effective October 31, 2016.  Current Deputy Director Wayne H. Salzgaber will be acting director until further notice.  The International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), the largest international police organization in the world, comprises 190 member countries.  INTERPOL Washington is a component of the U.S. Department of Justice, and is co-managed by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
