OVW invites organizations and communities working to end gender-based violence to apply for funding. This is where you can get started with your grant application.

Grant Management

We want you to be successful with your grant and help you comply with federal regulations. This section outlines the steps and reports required to remain in compliance, plus many other important things, such as how to get paid, records retention and allowable costs.

Grant Programs

OVW currently administers 19 grant programs designed to develop the nation's capacity to reduce domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking by strengthening services to victims and holding offenders accountable. Here, you can read about each of our grant programs. 

Become a Peer Reviewer

Do you have expertise in the areas of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, or stalking?  Do you care about the types of projects being supported by the Office of Violence Against Women?  If so, then consider becoming a peer reviewer.
