Dispute Resolution Training

The Office of Information Policy is pleased to be co-sponsoring a training session on dispute resolution skills for FOIA Public Liaisons that the Office of Government Information Services and mediation specialists at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission have put together. FOIA Public Liaisons play a critical role in the FOIA process and one of their specific statutory responsibilities is to assist in the resolution of disputes. This training session is intended to offer dispute resolution tools to assist FOIA Public Liaisons in performing their duties.
