FOIA Update: FOIA Case List Available from GPO

The new Freedom of Information Case List, (Sept. 1980 edition) published by the Office of Information Law and Policy, is now available through the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office. Approximately 300 cases--new since the last edition was published in March of 1979--were added for a total of 1,041.

The 204-page publication also includes the updated "Short Guide to the Freedom of Information Act." Other features are lists of Privacy Act, Federal Advisory Committee Act and Sunshine Act cases and the texts of the four major open access statutes.
