US v. Carol Aronowitz

US v. Carol Aronowitz

Trial in this matter took place from December 6, 2010, to December 17, 2010.  The jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict, resulting in a mistrial.  The Aronowitz matter was resolved by civil mail fraud consent decree, ordering the defendant to pay $250,000 in restitution to victims and a ban on involvement in business opportunity sales.  The consent decree was entered by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on March 3, 2011, and the criminal charges against defendant were dismissed.
