    •     Install horizontal bar at rear of toilet compliant with ANSI 4.16.4.
    •     Remount mirror with the bottom edge of the reflecting surface at 40 inches above the floor.

  •      Men's Toilet Room in Club House

    •     Install lever hardware on lavatory and raise to 29 inches.
    •     Remount mirror with the bottom edge of the reflecting surface at 40 inches above the floor.

  •      Pool #1

    Parking

    Provide one accessible parking space.

    Path to swimming pool

    Regrade slope and cross slope on this path or provide handrails and edge protection.

    Gate

    •     Provide 18 inches of clearance on the pull side of the gate.
    •     Regrade slope at the gate to be compliant.

  •      Pool #2

    Parking

    Provide compliant curb ramp at accessible space near Building 3090.

    Gate

    Provide 18 inches of clearance on the pull side of the gate.

    Women's Toilet Room

    •     Install lever hardware on the entry door.
    •     Lower entry threshold to 3/4 inches and bevel.
    •     Install horizontal bar at rear of toilet compliant with ANSI 4.16.4.
    •     Remount grab bar on side wall compliant with ANSI 4.16.4.
    •     Relocate flush control to for use from wide side of the toilet stall.
    •     Remount mirror with the bottom edge of the reflecting surface at 40 inches above the floor.

    Men's Toilet Room Door

    •     Install lever hardware on the entry door.
    •     Lower entry threshold to 3/4 inches and bevel.
    •     Install horizontal bar at rear of toilet compliant with ANSI 4.16.4

    •     Remount grab bar on side wall compliant with ANSI 4.16.4.
    •     Relocate toilet paper dispenser to 36 inches from the rear wall.
    •     Remount mirror with the bottom edge of the reflecting surface at 40 inches above the floor.

    Trash Enclosures

    Install lever hardware on door to all trash dumpsters.


    1. All retrofits performed to the public use and common areas shall comply with ANSI A117.1.
