United States v. Baltimore Police Department - Monitor Finalist Applicants
After conducting preliminary interviews, the City of Baltimore, the Baltimore Police Department, and the United States jointly selected the following Finalist Applicants (in alphabetical order), who will participate in two community forums on August 15 and August 16.

- Powers Consulting Group (Response to Request for Additional Information and Response to Community Questions)
- Venable LLP (Response to Request for Additional Information and Response to Community Questions)
Members of the public may submit questions for the finalists through August 13 via email to Baltimore.Consent.Decree@usdoj.gov.
The August 15 forum will be in West Baltimore at: 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. BCCC - Liberty Campus Fine Arts Auditorium 2901 Liberty Height Ave Baltimore, MD 21215. The August 16 forum will be in East Baltimore at: 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Morgan State University Student Center, 2d Floor, Ballroom C 1700 East Cold Spring Lane Baltimore, MD 21251.
At each forum, finalists will have the opportunity to answer the written questions members of the public submitted prior to the forums and speak one-on-one with community members in break-out sessions. One hour of each forum will be reserved for finalists to answer written questions from the public submitted prior to the forums. The second hour of each forum will be reserved for members of the public to speak one-on-one with teams of finalists.
