Jacqueline D. Jones
Jacqueline D. Jones is the Executive Officer to the Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Human Resources and Administration (DAAG/HRA). Ms. Jones supports the DAAG/HRA in managing service delivery and policy development for the Office of Human Resources; Security and Emergency Planning Staff; Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Program; the Equal Employment Opportunity Staff, DOJ Library Staff; and the Consolidated Executive Office. Prior to joining the Department, Ms. Jones served as the Senior Operations Advisor/Project Manager with the Communications & Liaison Office, National Public Liaison Division (NPL) at the Internal Revenue Service. In this capacity, she executed high-level national outreach for the IRS’ 49th Commissioner, provided support and guidance to the NPL senior leadership team, oversaw internal operations, and managed various programs, strategic initiatives, and core business functions (including internal and external communications, human capital, budgeting, training, and procurement). Before this role, she worked in various supervisory capacities in the IRS’ Workforce Relations Division, Human Capital Office, and Large and International Business Division. Ms. Jones holds a BA degree from American University, an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, and a MS in Integrated Marketing Communication from Northwestern University (Medill School of Journalism). She is also a graduate of the President’s Management Council (PMC) Interagency Rotation Program.
