The Chief FOIA Officers (CFO) Council will offer updates from the Office of Information Policy (OIP), U.S. Department of Justice; the Office of Government Information Services (OGIS), National Archives; and the Council Committees. OGIS's and OIP's directors co-chair the Council, which the FOIA statute mandates with developing recommendations for increasing compliance and efficiency, and sharing best practices and innovative approaches.

To present oral comments during the Public Comments portion of the meeting, you must register to attend via Webex.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO ATTEND VIA WEBEX:
There is a two-step registration process to virtually attend this meeting. You must register by 11:59 PM (ET) on Monday, April 15, 2023. Prior to the meeting, registrants will receive a message from OGIS that provides information on how to join the meeting online.
