Preferred Formats for 2009 Annual FOIA Reports

As announced previously, the Open Government Directive, issued December 8, 2009, requires agency Annual FOIA Reports to be published in an open format. Please be advised that the preferred format for the 2009 Annual FOIA Reports is XML or CSV. Agencies should also publish their 2009 Report in the PDF or similar format traditionally used for publishing Annual FOIA Reports.
