The court relates that "defendant invokes Exemption 6 in the redaction of [the AUSA] and other third-party signatures and initials." The court finds that "[t]here is no information before this Court that revealing this information would contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the government." Additionally, "the Court finds that a substantial privacy interest exists in the protection of the hand-written signatures and initials."
