Date
Re: Two FOIA requests requesting all information about the encumbrance of funds in plaintiff's inmate account Disposition: Granting defendant's motion for summary judgment
  • Litigation Considerations, Adequacy of the Search:  The court finds that, "[t]he agency's search for documents was reasonable."  The court continues to state that plaintiff, "fails to identify any document he believes [defendant] failed to disclose," and plaintiff, "fails to allege that [defendant's] search was not reasonable or not in good faith."  The court holds that, "[a]ccordingly, [plaintiff's] claim is without merit."
