Disposition:  Granting defendant’s motion to dismiss plaintiff’s request for attorney fees

  • Attorney Fees:  The court orders that “Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss . . . is granted as to Plaintiff’s claim for attorney’s fees . . . .”  The Magistrate Judge previously recommended that plaintiff’s claim be denied because he is a pro se litigant.
