  • Fees and Fee Waivers, Fees:  "The Court concludes that the FBI complied with its obligations under the FOIA[.]"  The court finds that "[t]he FBI is entitled to refuse to perform any additional work on the plaintiff's FOIA request because he had not paid the $20.10 still owed from the release of records in [an earlier FOIA request]."  "Accordingly, the FBI is entitled to summary judgment on this claim."
