• Attorney Fees:  “The Court finds no error with respect to [the magistrate judge’s] recommendation, and hereby adopts the R&R in its entirety.” The court notes that “no objections to the [recommendation] have been filed.”  The court relates that the magistrate judge “recommended that Plaintiff’s request for attorney fees be granted in part and denied in part.”  “Specifically, [the magistrate judge] recommended that Plaintiff be awarded $1,666.67 in attorney fees.”
