• Procedural Requirements, Time Limits:  The court holds that "[p]laintiff is not entitled to judgment on the grounds that the FBI was late in responding to her June 18, 2013, FOIA/FOIPA request."  "[T]he court finds no basis for concluding that the FBI’s response constituted unreasonable delay."
