• Litigation Considerations, Adequacy of Search:  The court holds that “the undisputed facts show that Defendant has satisfied its FOIA/Privacy Act obligation regarding the two remaining FOIA/Privacy Act requests in this lawsuit.”  The court relates that defendant has released the requested records to plaintiff and has “provided uncontroverted admissible evidence (through affidavits) that [certain requested] notices are not retained.”
