Area Man Pleads Guilty To Federal Bank Robbery Charges
St. Louis, MO - Keith Lamar Dunlap pled guilty to the January 18, 2013 robbery of the Commerce Bank in Webster Groves.
KEITH LAMAR DUNLAP, Trenton, IL, pled guilty to one felony count of bank robbery before United States District Judge Catherine D. Perry, Tuesday afternoon, June 4th. Sentencing has been set for August 27, 2013.
Dunlap now faces a maximum penalty up to 20 years in prison and/or fines up to $250,000. In determining the actual sentences, a Judge is required to consider the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines, which provide recommended sentencing ranges.This case was investigated by the Webster Groves Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant United States Attorney Tom Mehan is handling the case for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
