Information: Federal Court Initial Appearances
The United States Attorney’s Office today announced that during a federal court session in Missoula, Montana on March 9, 2015, before U.S. Magistrate Judge Lynch, the following individuals appeared:
- YUSUF DESHAWN REEVES, a 47-year-old resident of Spokane, Washington, made an initial appearance on a complaint alleging conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. He is currently detained. If formally charged with this offense by indictment, REEVES, faces 40 years in prison, $5,000,000 in fines and 4 years supervised released. The investigation is being conducted by the Montana Violent Crime Task Force, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Missoula Street Crimes Unit, the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
