Tallahassee, Florida – Forrest Alan Price, 31, of Tallahassee, Florida, has been indicted in federal court for possession with intent to distribute synthetic cathinone and five grams or more of methamphetamine, carrying a firearm during a drug-trafficking crime, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Pensacola, Florida – Grant Bieber, 45, of Gulf Shores, Alabama, was sentenced to four years in federal prison after previously pleading guilty to possession of ammunition by a convicted felon. 

Tallahassee, Florida – Vertis McNeil Robinson, 48, of Tallahassee, Florida, was sentenced to five years in federal prison, followed by 10 years of supervised release, for his conviction of attempted receipt of child pornography. 

Tallahassee, Florida – Justin William Gifford, 26, of Enterprise, Alabama, has been found guilty by a federal jury in Tallahassee following a two-day trial on one count of attempted enticement of a minor, one count of attempted transfer of obscene material to minors, and one count of travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct. 

Pensacola, Florida – Kelvin Henriques Jr., 32, of Los Angeles, California, was indicted by a federal grand jury charging him with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl and conspiracy to commit money laundering. 

Tallahassee, Florida – Jose Guadelupe Escobar, 39, of Honduras, was found guilty by a federal jury of illegal reentry by a removed alien.
