Fayette County man sentenced for drug distribution

CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA – Keith Edward Ross, of Oak Hill, West Virginia, was sentenced today to 24 months incarceration for heroin distribution, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced.
 
Ross, age 45, pled guilty to one count of “Aiding and Abetting Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin” in February 2020. Ross admitted to working with another to distribute heroin in March 2019 in Harrison County.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Zelda E. Wesley prosecuted the case on behalf of the government. The West Virginia State Police investigated. 

U.S. District Judge Thomas S. Kleeh presided.
