SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – A Utah man and convicted felon with a criminal history of possessing, using, and distributing drugs was sentenced to 20 years’ imprisonment today for possessing fentanyl that ultimately resulted in the death of another person. 

A federal grand jury in Portland returned an indictment charging three Oregon men with conspiracy to commit bank fraud, bank fraud, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.

U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Hassian Humphrey, 24, of Rochester, NY, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit firearms offenses, which carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison. In addition, co-defendant Keishawn Turner, 25, of Kannapolis, NC, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to engage in the firearms business without a license, which also carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison.  

A South Bay family therapist was sentenced today to 200 months in federal prison for installing a hidden camera in the stall of a women’s bathroom located at his place of work where he provided therapy services to, among others, young girls.

BOSTON – A Fitchburg man pleaded guilty today in federal court in Worcester to using his Kik account to distribute and possess child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Douglas Dockery, Jr., 44, of Springfield, Mo., was sentenced in federal court today for his illegal possession of a firearm.  

BOSTON – A Provincetown man was sentenced today in federal court in Boston for child pornography offenses. The defendant possessed several thousand image and video files containing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

BOSTON – A Randolph man was sentenced today in federal court in Boston for cocaine trafficking and firearm charges, following a series of arrests targeting gangs in the Brockton and Randolph areas.
