FY 2009 Exhibit 300s

The Department of Justice currently has 17 Exhibit 300s. In accordance with OMB Circular A-11, Section 22.6, the Department has posted copies of the redacted Exhibit 300s on its agency Web site. The Exhibit 300s reflect the final decisions in the Department's FY09 President's budget.

To meet Office of Management and Budget requirements, the Department of Justice has posted the Department's Exhibit 300: Capital Asset Plan and Business Cases in Portable Document Format (PDF). The Department recognizes that these documents may not yet be in an accessible format.
