- OVT created a password protected website for U.S victims of the 2008 Mumbai coordinated attacks to stay updated on current Pakistani court proceedings that are ongoing.

January 23, 2002 hostage taking and murder in Karachi.
- OVT arranged meetings between the victims and Justice Department officials.

September 5, 1986 airline hijacking of Pan Am flight 73.
- OVT maintained contact with the victims through phone and email, organized in-person meetings with the victims, and assisted in identifying claimants eligible for the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission Libya Claims Program.
