Updated FAQs Provide Answers to the Antitrust Division’s Leniency Program and Model Leniency Letters

Today the Antitrust Division is reissuing its “Frequently Asked Questions About the Antitrust Division’s Leniency Program and Model Leniency Letters” because a footnote was inadvertently omitted from the January 17 version. The Division is also reissuing the model conditional leniency letters to reflect the date of the corrected FAQs.
