Today the Antitrust Division is reissuing its “Frequently Asked Questions About the Antitrust Division’s Leniency Program and Model Leniency Letters” because a footnote was inadvertently omitted from the January 17 version. The Division is also reissuing the model conditional leniency letters to reflect the date of the corrected FAQs.
