On February 5, 2020, the Criminal Division’s Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section (CCIPS) and American University in Washington, D.C., jointly hosted “Justice in Cyberspace: A Symposium.” The symposium examined the current challenges to preventing, investigating, and prosecuting cyber and cyber-enabled crimes. Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Criminal Division provided keynote remarks.
