Description: On Friday, April 12, 2019 the National Crime Victims' Service Awards Ceremony was held in our nation's capital, in conjunction with National Crime Victims’ Rights Week. This deeply moving special event recognizes those individuals, programs, teams, and organizations that demonstrate outstanding service in supporting victims and victim services. The award recipients are selected from public nominations in 11 categories for their vision, action, and leadership in improving the lives of victims in the aftermath of crime.
