Howard University School of Law hosted the Second Annual Charlotte E. Ray Lecture and White Collar Crime Conference in Washington, D.C., on February 7, 2024. Former Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch delivered the keynote lecture. Other participants included Acting Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division Nicole Argentieri; former Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division Kenneth A.
