962. Criminal Penalties for Disclosure of Grand Jury Subpoenas

FIRREA further provides for criminal penalties for the disclosure of grand jury subpoenas for customer records that have been served relating to a violation of, or a conspiracy to violate, section 1341 or 1343 affecting a financial institution. Pub.L. No. 101-73, Title IX, § 962(c), 103 Stat. 502 (codified at 18 U.S.C. § 1510(b)).
