International Alliance of Theater Stage Employees v. Mashburn

On July 8, 2024, in International Alliance of Theater Stage Employees v. Mashburn (N.D. Ga.), the Department filed notice of its intent to intervene in the action and filed a brief on the constitutionality of Section 202 of the Voting Rights Act on July 22, 2024.  The Department had previously filed a statement of interest in this case on February 27, 2024.
